HISTORY

Seaside Properties Group at Douglas Elliman was established in 2000 by luxury broker, Niki Higgins to fill a void in the South Florida real estate community for a specialist in waterfront properties covering “Miami Beach to Palm Beach.”

Niki observed this need upon relocating to Florida from New York City in 1997, where she specialized in multi-million dollar Manhattan properties. In Florida, Niki made it the mission of Seaside Properties Group to focus exclusively on waterfront and seaside properties and to become the leading authority to assist both buyers and sellers. Niki’s deep knowledge of the area translated quickly to a reputation for success.
