Palm Beach Mansion Sells For $15 Million

Investor Robert Fessler sold his Manalapan “spec” oceanfront estate sliced from the historic Harold S. Vanderbilt estate for $15 million to Texas-based banking tycoon Donald A. Adam, according to a warranty deed recorded Friday.

The Mediterranean-style waterfront mansion is the definition of luxury, with 18,886 square feet of space and seven bedrooms. The house was owned by RGF Holding Corp., which was incorporated in Delaware and based in Delray Beach.

The house has a deep water yacht slip, exquisite landscaping, loggias off the living room and family room, two master suites and a swimming pool set into the sprawling oceanfront lawn. The separate, two-bedroom guest house has two bedrooms for staff accommodations.
