Florida Home & Condo Sales Higher in October
October was a good month for sales of homes and condominiums, according to recent data from Florida Realtors. Home sales increased by 13 percent in October, on a year-over-year basis. According to Florida Realtors Chief Economist Dr. John Tuccillo, the statistics point to a rising real estate market in Florida.
“The monthly median prices have ticked down slightly for the past few months, but the overall trend continues to show gains year-over-year.”
Palm Beach Mansion Sells For $15 Million
Investor Robert Fessler sold his Manalapan “spec” oceanfront estate sliced from the historic Harold S. Vanderbilt estate for $15 million to Texas-based banking tycoon Donald A. Adam, according to a warranty deed recorded Friday.
